A ritual is not a routine. A routine is something you get through; a ritual is something you keep. The difference is care, pace and room.
Start with one thing
Most mornings fail because we ask too much of them. Begin with a single spoon of Chyawanprash, or 10 ml of Brahmi tonic taken slowly. One honest thing, done well, every day.
Steep twice
The old texts steep twice for a reason — the second draw carries what the first leaves behind. Give your practice the same patience.
An honest morning ritual, drawn from the Samhita and steeped twice each day.
Keep it plain. Read it out loud at the counter. That is the whole of it.
